GymPin ("the App") is developed by Jasur Khojiev. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. Your privacy is important, and the App is designed to respect it fully.
GymPin does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you create within the App — including exercises, training groups, schedules, images, and settings — is stored locally on your device.
The App saves your workout data, settings, and images to your device's local file system and UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or back up your device through iOS system mechanisms (e.g., iCloud backup).
The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to attach reference images and GIF animations to your exercises. Selected images are copied to the App's private storage on your device. The App does not upload, share, or transmit your photos to any server or third party.
The App may request permission to send local notifications for workout reminders and supplement schedule alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No data is sent to any external service to deliver them.
GymPin does not use any analytics frameworks, crash reporting services, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. The App does not track you across other apps or websites.
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App contains no age-restricted content and is rated 4+.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. No residual data will remain on any server because none was ever transmitted.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
